Wertschöpfungscontrolling (Dyckhoff/Clermont, V2/Ü2, SS, economics competency)

This course addresses scientifically substantiated and feasible quantitative methodologies for measuring and assessing, planning, and controlling industrial performance processes. The focus is on concepts, models, and methodologies of industrial controlling, programming, and internal accounting, which are based on linear optimization. Another focus is on allocation and scheduling problems in joint production and reduction as part of a circular economy.
