Integration nicht-ökonomischer Einflussfaktoren in betriebswirtschaftliche Entscheidungen
Integration nicht-ökonomischer Einflussfaktoren in betriebswirtschaftliche Entscheidungen (Nadler, 2SWS, SS)
In this course, business subfields - such as infrastructure and real estate economics, cultural research, empirical happiness research and behavioral economics - are analyzed. The common feature of these subfields is that decision-makers integrate further "soft" influencing factors - such as social, ecological, culture-specific and altruistic objectives - into their decisions in addition to purely economic objectives. Therefore, classical business decision models have to be extended by these objectives in order to better represent real decisions in these areas.
Learning objectives
In particular, students will learn advanced business management methods for evaluating "soft" influencing factors in the context of business management decisions. Participants will also be guided to critically engage with the challenges of sustainable objectives in real decision-making situations. The course also serves to train the participants' abilities to communicate and present challenging issues.
